At XDS Bikes, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return your bike or accessories within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition.

  Carefully pack your items in the original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and tools are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger bike shipments using the provided logistics documentation.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
